Online

To purchase tickets to Ten Days on the Island, simply click the BOOK NOW button on the event page and follow the prompts.

You will be required to register or log in if you have an existing account with us. If you are prompted to update your account details, please ensure your billing address is up to date as card payments are verified against this address.

Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email of your booking – this will contain your e-ticket/s as a PDF attachment. Use your smart phone to show the e-ticket to venue staff for door scanning at performances on arrival. Alternatively, you will be able to print out your e-ticket and carry it with you for scanning.

Ticket collection

E-TICKET

When your ticket/s are ordered online or over the phone, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking – this will contain your e-ticket/s as a PDF attachment.

Use your smart phone to show the confirmation email to venue staff for scanning on arrival. Alternatively, you will be able to print out your confirmation email and carry it with you for scanning.

BOX OFFICE

Remember, your email confirmation will contain your e-ticket, so there is no need to collect hard tickets in advance. Use your smart phone to show the e-ticket to venue staff for scanning on arrival. Alternatively, you will be able to print out your e-ticket and carry it with you for scanning.

 

Ticket concessions

Concession tickets are available for the following:

  • Full-time students
  • Children 12 years and under where there is no child price available
  • Pensioner and carer concession card holders including Concession Scheme Card
  • Health Care Card holders
  • Seniors Card holders
  • Companion Card holders

Proof of concession must be produced to verify purchases at concession price. Concessions are only available where advertised.

Entry is free for children two years and under (and strictly subject to advertised age restrictions).

 

Terms and conditions

Ticket sales through the Ten Days on the Island website, call centre or in person attract a $5.00 (inc GST) transaction fee. Gift voucher purchases undertaken outside of ticket purchases do not attract transaction fees. Donations do not incur transaction fees.

Tickets to Ten Days on the Island events purchased from third-party ticket providers may attract transaction fees

Ticket-buyers are advised to carefully read the special conditions advertised in the Festival brochure and on the website for selected performances during purchasing to avoid disappointment.

Ten Days on the Island undertakes ticket sales in compliance with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice and Australian Consumer Law.
