Every two years we gather together artists, visionaries, and arts leaders from Lutruwita/Tasmania, across Australia and from around the world to build a unique state-wide Festival for the people of Lutruwita/Tasmania.

Current Positions

Program Manager

Ten Days on the Island is searching for a Program Manager to join our Pataway/Burnie team in a key role producing and managing delivery of the festival program for 2025.

We are seeking a collaborative festival and events dynamo with experience working closely with artists, contracts and travel.

Content Coordinator

Ten Days on the Island is searching for a Content Coordinator to assist with the efficient and effective coordination of our content data systems.

Based in Pataway/Burnie, this dynamic role is suited to a collaborative and well-organised individual with workflow and event management software systems experience.
